We applied to nsfas for my daughter last year sept/Oct and we were told to wait for a offer from Unisa and for her results. When we got the offer we went back to unisa/ nsdas offices and we were told to fill in a form to take responsibility for her studies and she must take less subjects this year so that it wont be so much to pay back.
My problem is that we never even loaded our documents onto nsfas we just registered her ,how come we never got a chance to apply for funding

Struggling with Nsfas keep showing Status – Assessing Financial Eligibility I’ve been accepted at NMU and can’t register unless Nsfas approved. I’m worried because closing date for registration at NMU is 15th March 2023, please assist me.

My status on my portal is still the same still last year and I haven’t received any allowance since last semester ,my status says “Awaiting proof of registration from institution” & “provisional funded”
