ABOUT KNIGHT PIESOLD
Knight Piésold was established in year 1921 as a consulting company in the energy, water, mining, oil and gas sectors. Since its establishment Knight Piésold has grown and it now renders its services in 16 countries in the Africa continent.
ABOUT THE KNIGHT PIESOLD BURSARY
Applications are encouraged from students who wish to receive funding for the 2024 academic year. Students who apply must be enrolled or intend enrolling to study towards the completion of a BSc or BEng degree in Civil Engineering.
Individuals from previously disadvantaged backgrounds who possess strong academic performance record are encouraged to apply for the Knight Piesold bursary for 2024.
MORE ABOUT KNIGHT PIESOLD BURSARY
The bursary will cover successful applicants with the following expenses: tuition fees, registration fees, prescribed books and accommodation.
Bursary recipients will also have the opportunity to participate in vacation work at Knight Piésold, during semester holidays.
After graduation, bursary recipients will automatically assume employment at the company, to further enable their growth within the engineering sector.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA – KNIGHT PIESOLD BURSARY
Applicants for the bursary must meet the following minimum entry criteria before applying (please note that failure to satisfy all the requirements will lead to your application not being considered):
- You must be a South African citizens
- You must be enrolled as a full-time student studying towards a BSc or BEng Civil Engineering degree at a South African university
- You must be in your second or third year of study
- Present strong academic record
- Demonstrate that you are in financial need
