- Students who wish to become Pilots must be enrolled in an accredited Flying school
- The total household income must not exceed R350 000
- Applicants for Commercial Pilot training must be in possession of a Private Pilot License
- Previously disadvantaged students with a pass mark of at least 50%
- Applicants for Instructor and Instrumental rating must be in possession of a Commercial Pilot License
- ATPL applicants must possess a Commercial Pilot Licence

- A certified copy of your South African ID
- A certified copy of your Grade 11 or Matric Statement of Results
